π FULL MOON From Inner Fire to Stillness
Himalayan Kriya Yoga β Swati Nakshatra
Saturday, May 2 β 8:00 PM (Bali, UTC+8)
Live on Zoom + 24-hour replay
The full moon is traditionally a time of expansionβof energy, awareness, and inner sensitivity.
In Swati Nakshatra, this expansion takes on a more subtle quality.
Associated with the element of air (Vayu), Swati relates to the movement of prana, inner independence, and the ability to refine rather than force.
This practice is designed to work directly with that.
Rather than adding more techniques, we turn inwardβ
using the full moon as an opportunity to channel and stabilize energy through classical Kriya Yoga principles.
π₯ The Practice
This session follows a clear internal progression:
Kindling Jatharagni β awakening the inner fire at the navel
Pranic Ascent β guiding energy upward through the spine
Refinement into Tapogni β transforming effort into clarity
Sushumna Alignment β balancing within the central channel
Chanting & Stillness β integrating through sound and meditation
The emphasis is not on intensity, but on precision, awareness, and subtlety.
π§ Who This Is For
This practice is especially suited for:
Yoga teachers or practitioners who have completed a 200hr training
Those who feel there is more beyond asana and sequencing
Anyone curious about working with prana, inner fire, and meditative states
No prior experience with Kriya Yoga is required, but a basic familiarity with breath and meditation is helpful.
π Global Access
Held live from Bali under the full moon:
Asia / Australia β evening practice
Europe / Africa β afternoon
Americas β early morning sadhana
A 24-hour replay will be available for those unable to attend live.
πΒ This is not a performance-based class,
but a space to explore a more internal dimension of practice.
A shift from doingβ¦
to refiningβ¦
to simply being.
